UploadFix

Fixes photos and PDFs for any upload form: right size and format, passport photos, signatures, document scans. All on your device.

"File too large." "Maximum 50 KB." "Photo must be 600 × 600 pixels." "JPG only." You know the routine: open another website, compress, download, upload again, get rejected again. UploadFix ends that loop. It lives in your browser and fixes your file the moment you pick it. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a file on any upload form, the way you always do. • UploadFix reads the form's rules (size, format, pixel dimensions) and fixes your file before the site sees it. • A small card shows what changed: PNG → JPG, 4.2 MB → 38 KB, 300 × 300. One click puts your original back. • If a site rejects a file with a new rule, UploadFix learns it for that field. TOOLS IN THE SIDE PANEL • Passport photos: white background, face centred, exact size. • Signatures: photo of your signature → clean white paper and crisp ink, cut to size. • Documents: photo of a certificate or statement → straightened, shadows removed, saved as PDF or JPG. • "Put into form" sends the finished file straight back into the page's upload field. APPLICATION KITS Job applications, scholarships, U.S. visa and DV lottery, UK passport, Canada (IRCC), Australia (ImmiAccount), India e-Visa and exam forms, Schengen visa, NYSC and more. Every document with its own rule, checked off as you go, saved as one ZIP. ALSO • Presets for real portals, each showing its source and when it was checked • iPhone HEIC photos to JPG; shrink PDFs; photos to PDF; PDF page to image • Minimum sizes too ("between 10 KB and 20 KB") • 10 languages: English, Français, Español, Português, العربية, हिन्दी, Hausa, Yorùbá, Igbo, Pidgin PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs on your computer. Your files are never uploaded to us. No account, no ads, no tracking. Works offline. UploadFix is not affiliated with any government, embassy, exam body or university. Always check the official instructions of the portal you are using.
