Upgrade CS Copilot은 UpgradeCampus 운영팀이 카카오 비즈니스 채널 상담을 처리할 때 필요한 고객 맥락을 한 화면에서 확인하도록 돕는 내부 전용 Chrome 확장 프로그램입니다. - 상담방을 기존 Upgrade 고객 프로필과 연결하고, 연결 상태를 조직 내에서 함께 확인합니다. - 학생·학부모 프로필을 Upgrade Admin에서 바로 엽니다. - 고객 연결 여부와 관계없이 업캠이에 운영·학업 관련 정보를 질문하고, 연결된 경우에만 고객 문맥을 함께 사용합니다. - 안 읽은 메시지가 있는 상담방에서는 명시적으로 요청했을 때만 읽음 처리 없이 고객과 담당자의 최신 대화 최대 20개를 미리 확인합니다. 이 확장 프로그램은 UpgradeCampus 내부 운영 인력만을 위한 도구입니다. 카카오 메시지를 자동 전송하거나, 메시지 원문을 업캠이에 전달하지 않습니다.
