Skip YouTube filler: jump straight to the part that answers the title. Uses your own OpenAI API key.

You clicked for the answer. Unyap finds the part of a YouTube video that actually delivers what its title promises and takes you there. On a video page, click "Unyap this video". A few seconds later: • a thin strip above the progress bar shows which parts are filler (grey), context (amber) and substance (green); • "Unyap it · 12:41" jumps to where the title's answer starts; • "Previous" and "Next good part" move between the substantial sections; • "Title never delivered" warns you when the video never answers its own title. Videos you already analyzed show their result instantly. Turn on "Analyze every video automatically" in the options if you want every video done as it opens. YOUR OWN OPENAI API KEY Unyap runs in your browser and uses your OpenAI API key, which you paste in the options page (it opens when you install the extension). A new video costs about $0.001 on your key; videos you have already analyzed are free. I recommend a dedicated key with a monthly budget. PRIVACY • For a video you ask Unyap to analyze, its title, the start of its description and its transcript go to OpenAI's API with your key. Nothing goes to me or anyone else. • Your key and your analyses stay in your browser. Analyses are deleted after 60 days, or at once with "Clear cache". • Private and unlisted videos are never captured or sent. • No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
