Replaces President Trump with President Bannon.

Based on the hit extension cloud-to-butt, this is a text replacement extension that shines a light on our current administration: all "Steve Bannon"s are now "President Bannon"s! All "President Trump"s are now "Donny Trump"s! NOTES: This extension currently works on most pages (dynamically-loading elements such as comments under an article may require a page refresh).
