No. LinkedIn sends no notification when an invitation is withdrawn. It simply disappears from their pending list. Can I undo a withdrawal? No, and neither can LinkedIn. Withdrawing is permanent, and LinkedIn blocks re-inviting the same person for a period afterwards. Use the age filter to leave recent invitations alone. Is it safe? Every action is paced at a hard 25 per minute with human-like gaps, and it backs off the moment LinkedIn signals a limit. That said, automating any site is contrary to LinkedIn's User Agreement, and no tool can promise you an outcome there. Use it on your own account, at your own discretion.
