Overview
Turn copy, paste, text selection and right-click back on for sites that block them. Works only on the sites you choose.
Some websites stop you from selecting text, copying, pasting into a form, or opening the right-click menu. Unlatch turns those back on, on the sites you pick. HOW TO USE IT 1. Open a site that blocks copying or pasting. 2. Click the Unlatch icon and switch on "Unlock this site". 3. Select, copy, paste and right-click as normal. An "ON" badge shows wherever Unlatch is active. Press Alt+Shift+U to switch the current site on or off without opening the menu. WHAT IT FIXES • Text you can't select or highlight • Copy, cut and paste that do nothing • Paste blocked in form fields such as "confirm email" boxes • Right-click disabled, or "right-click is not allowed" pop-ups • Ctrl/Cmd + C, V, X and A that don't respond • Extra text tacked on to whatever you copy ONLY WHERE YOU WANT IT Unlatch stays out of the way until you switch it on for a site. Unlocking a site also covers its subdomains and any pages embedded in it. There's an "Unlock every site" option too, but it's off by default, because some web apps (online editors, design tools) rely on their own right-click menus. PRIVACY Unlatch makes no network requests and collects nothing. The list of sites you unlock is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.
