Universal Video Speed gives you fast, reliable keyboard control over video playback speed on YouTube and Bilibili. DEFAULT SHORTCUTS • 1 — 1× • 5 — 1.5× • 7 — 1.75× • 2 — 2× • 3 — 3× CUSTOM SHORTCUTS Replace the defaults with any supported single-key shortcut and choose playback speeds from 0.25× to 16×. Shortcuts are ignored while you type, compose text, or hold modifier keys, so they do not interfere with normal page input. CREATOR DEFAULTS Save a preferred playback speed for individual YouTube channels or Bilibili creators. Open the extension popup on a video page to detect the current creator and add or remove their default speed instantly. You can also manage all creator rules from the settings page. SMART VIDEO SELECTION When a page contains multiple videos, Universal Video Speed considers playback state, visibility, size, recent progress, and mute state to choose the video you are most likely watching. AT-A-GLANCE STATUS The toolbar badge shows the current playback speed for the active video. PRIVACY Your shortcuts and creator rules are stored with Chrome Sync. Universal Video Speed contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking and does not sell or share personal data. Network access is limited to YouTube and Bilibili pages needed to provide playback controls and resolve creator names.
