Die Extension 'Universal Smartcard Browser Gateway' ermöglicht den Zugriff auf eine an Ihrem Arbeitsplatz gesteckte Smartcard.

Einige unserer Webapplikationen benötigen für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle den Zugriff auf eine an Ihrem Arbeitsplatz gesteckte Smartcard. Dieses Add-On ist eine "Native-Messaging-Extension" und arbeitet mit einer auf Ihrem Computer installierten Applikation zusammen, welche ebenfalls von der Webapplikation zur Installation bereitgestellt wird. Ohne die Kombination Add-On/Hostapplikation können die Webapplikationen nicht auf Ihre Smartcard zugreifen. Der Zugriff ist auf die Domains telesec.de und wcos.de beschränkt. Version 1.4.1 (26.10.2025) Domain "magenta-security-sign.com" hinzugefügt. Version 1.4.0 (01.10.2024) Zwei weitere erlaubte Domainnamen hinzugefügt. Version 1.3.0 (16.04.2024) Manifest V3. Version 1.2.0 (11.06.2021) Fehlerbehandlung bei nicht installierter Host-Applikation. Version 1.1.0 (10.03.2021) Verbessertes Handling der Host-Applikation im Zusammenhang mit mehreren geöffneten Tabs, bzw. Fenstern. Alle Tabs und Fenster nutzen dieselbe Applikation.
