The extension reads your full conversation history, cleans it up, and injects it into the destination AI so it understands the full context — as if it had been there from the beginning. Two sync methods • Text Sync — Sends the conversation directly into the destination chat input. Works on all four platforms with no file upload required. Long conversations are automatically split into parts and delivered sequentially. • File Sync — Exports the full conversation as a structured Markdown file and uploads it. Ideal for very long sessions where you need 100% of the context transferred with no trimming.
