Unity Asset Freebie & Discount Finder
Overview
Finds Unity Asset Store items free or discounted to you via publisher entitlements. Runs locally; no data leaves your browser.
Browser extension that scans the Unity Asset Store for assets that are free or discounted to your account via publisher entitlements (Lite/Major Upgrades, paid upgrades to larger versions, free items granted by publishers you already own from, etc.). What it does: 1. Reads your Unity Asset Store session cookie from the browser. 2. Pulls the list of assets you currently own via Unity's GraphQL CurrentUser query. 3. Maps each owned asset to its publisher, then pulls each of those publishers' full catalogs from Coveo search. 4. For every product in those catalogs (plus your own owned items), queries ProductPrice to compare your account-specific price against the public list price. 5. Classifies each result into Free, Discounted, Owned upgrades, or Public. Results are sortable, filterable, and clickable through to the Asset Store. JSON export available. Privacy: all data captured (session token, CSRF token, Coveo bearer, your owned asset list, prices) is stored exclusively in browser-local storage. Nothing is transmitted to any server other than the two Unity-operated endpoints the storefront itself uses. No analytics, telemetry, or remote logging.
