unfeed — the algorithm, muted
1 rating
)Overview
Block Shorts, ads, home-feed recommendations, Up Next, end screens and more on YouTube. Pick a preset or toggle each rule.
unfeed mutes YouTube's attention traps so you watch what you came for, and nothing else. WHAT IT DOES • Block Shorts: shelves, sidebar entry, channel tab and search results. Shorts links open in the normal player. • Mute the home feed: the recommendation grid becomes a calm search prompt. • Hide "Up Next", end screens, in-video cards and autoplay. • Optional: hide comments, live chat, merch shelves, trending and the notification count. • Grayscale thumbnails so they shout less. • Clean search: removes injected "people also watched" shelves. PRESETS Pick lite, focus or monk with one click, or toggle each rule yourself. SIGNED-IN EXTRAS Sign in with Google to unlock instant ad skipping and an optional ad-free mode, and to put your name on your stats. PRIVACY Everything stays on your device. unfeed has no servers, no tracking and no analytics. Google sign-in only reads your name, email and profile picture, which are stored locally and never sent anywhere. Pause for 5 min, 15 min or 1 hour whenever you need YouTube unfiltered.
