Undercover Magic is an independent browser extension that helps you compare Disney resort cash prices with estimated Disney Vacation Club (DVC) rental costs — directly on DisneyWorld.com booking pages. By detecting the resort shown in the URL and using your selected travel dates and room type, the extension provides an unofficial estimate of the DVC points required and a projected nightly cost based on typical point-rental pricing. This allows you to quickly evaluate whether renting DVC points could offer better value than standard Disney cash rates for eligible Deluxe resorts. Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney’s points-based timeshare program. In some cases, DVC Members rent unused points to guests, which can result in lower nightly costs than standard cash bookings. Renting DVC points is a long-established and widely used alternative way to book select Disney accommodations, subject to availability.
