Unblock Copy & Paste - Re-enable paste, copy and right-click Can't paste into a "confirm password" field? Can't select or copy text from an article? Right-click menu disabled? This extension turns those blocked actions back on. Just install it. What it does: - Re-enables paste, copy and cut - Re-enables text selection (user-select: none, etc.) - Re-enables the right-click menu - Re-enables dragging - Re-enables Ctrl/Cmd + A, C, V, X in input fields How it works: It disables only the mechanisms sites use to block these actions (preventDefault, returnValue, oncontextmenu-style handlers, HTML attributes and CSS). It does not touch addEventListener, so the site's own features, such as a rich editor's custom paste handling, keep working. It also works inside iframes. Per-site on/off: Open the toolbar icon and uncheck the box to turn it off for that site only (the page reloads automatically). Privacy: - Makes no network requests. Does not read or send page content - The only thing stored is the list of hostnames you turned off (kept in your own account via Chrome sync) Not supported: - Sites that rewrite or append text when you copy - Sites that keep clearing the selection with JavaScript - Text rendered as images or on a canvas
