UltraCoach Dash Helper

Connect and operate your coaching practice from UltraCoach Dash, in your own browser and under your control.

UltraCoach Dash Helper is the optional browser companion for UltraCoach Dash, the practice-management platform for independent coaches. The helper completes setup tasks that must happen inside a coach’s own authenticated browser sessions. Instead of asking coaches to copy credentials, configure webhook events, or repeatedly enter client information by hand, UltraCoach Dash starts a narrowly defined task and the helper completes the reviewed steps. WHAT IT HELPS WITH • Cal.com setup Creates a Cal.com API key in the coach’s signed-in Cal.com account and sends it directly to UltraCoach Dash. Dash stores it encrypted and configures the exact booking webhook events the account needs. • Stripe setup Creates narrowly restricted Stripe credentials in either test or live mode. The fixed permission profile supports customers, products, prices, subscriptions, payment status, refunds, disputes, and the webhook endpoint Dash requires. It does not grant access to balances, payouts, transfers, or moving the coach’s money. • Client device ordering Fills the selected product and the appropriate client shipping and coach billing details into the TENS Pros checkout. The helper stops before payment so the coach can review the order and personally complete the purchase. It never reads, types, or transmits card numbers, security codes, or expiration dates. HOW IT WORKS Install the helper, sign in to UltraCoach Dash, and connect the browser from Dash. Setup tasks are launched from the Integrations and Fulfilment areas of the UltraCoach Dash dashboard. The toolbar window is intentionally a simple status surface showing the connected account and installed helper version. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Works only with a signed-in UltraCoach Dash account. • Never receives the coach’s UltraCoach Dash password. • Requests Cal.com, Stripe, or TENS Pros access only when the coach starts the corresponding task. • Does not access general browsing history. • Contains no advertising or analytics. • Contains no remotely executed code. • Stores its short-lived pairing information in Chrome session storage. • Sends task-specific information only to UltraCoach Dash or the service selected by the coach. • Never automates a merchant payment or handles card information. UltraCoach Dash Helper is not a general-purpose browser automation tool. Its single purpose is to set up and equip a coach’s UltraCoach Dash practice through a small set of reviewed, account-specific workflows. An active UltraCoach Dash account is required.
