Connect and operate your coaching practice from UltraCoach Dash, in your own browser and under your control.

UltraCoach Dash Helper connects your browser to UltraCoach Dash, the practice-management platform for independent coaches. The optional helper handles setup and selected browser tasks inside your own signed-in accounts. Connect your tools, bring selected conversations into Dash, and prepare client device orders with less manual copying and configuration. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Connect Cal.com Create an API key in your own Cal.com account and securely send it to Dash. Dash stores the key encrypted and configures the booking webhooks needed for your practice. • Connect Stripe Set up restricted Stripe credentials in your chosen test or live account. The permissions support Dash’s client-payment workflows, including subscriptions, payment verification, and coach-approved refunds. The helper does not request access to balances, payouts, or transfers. • Bring selected conversations into Dash Capture a Facebook conversation or enable selected-conversation sync for Facebook and Messenger. You choose which chats to include and can pause them individually. Sync reads a bounded set of loaded messages; it does not send replies. • Prepare and deliver reviewed social content Use supported Dash workflows to prepare Facebook drafts or carry out separately approved publishing and messaging actions. Conversation sync and draft preparation do not authorize sending or publishing. • Prepare client device orders Fill the selected product, client shipping details, and coach billing details into TENS Pros checkout. The helper stops before payment so you can review the order and complete the purchase yourself. It does not fill payment-card fields or submit the order. • Fill reviewed signup details When signup assistance is enabled in Dash, review your name and email, then use the helper to fill empty identity fields on Ultra’s Skool signup form. You choose your password, review payment details, and submit the form yourself. HOW IT WORKS Install the helper, sign in to UltraCoach Dash, and follow Dash’s connection instructions. Start supported tasks from your dashboard. The toolbar shows your connection status, account, helper version, and available contextual actions. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Site access is requested when needed for a workflow you choose. • The helper never receives your UltraCoach Dash password. • Pairing information is held in Chrome session storage. • Selected conversations and task information are handled for the requested Dash workflow. • Optional diagnostic sharing and AI layout analysis have separate consent controls. • All executable code ships with the extension. • No advertising or general browsing-history collection. • Merchant checkout stops before payment. UltraCoach Dash Helper is a companion to your coaching practice, with tasks limited to supported Dash workflows and the accounts or content you select. An UltraCoach Dash account is required. Paid workflows require an active membership.
