Student Advising (CSE/BBA/English/MSJ/EEE/Bangla), Bulk Save, Capstone Eligibility (CSE) for ULAB faculty on URMS

A Chrome side-panel extension that gives ULAB faculty a set of tools built directly on top of URMS — finding common free time across students, running automated advising checks, and (carefully) bulk-confirming staged registrations. Everything runs locally in the browser using your existing URMS session; nothing is sent to a third-party server. What's new in 1.1.0 Student Advising now supports six programs — CSE, BBA, English & Humanities, Media Studies & Journalism, EEE, and Bangla — not just CSE. Pick your program before checking a batch of students, and degree progress, prerequisites, and lab requirements are all checked against that program's own course list. You can now upload a PDF of the printed Advising Student page instead of copy-pasting it, in both Student Advising and Bulk Save. The Course Catalogue browser now covers all six programs with a program switcher. Capstone Eligibility remains CSE-only, and is now labeled as such. Course and prerequisite data for the new programs was cross-checked against real course records for accuracy. What's new in 1.0.0: • Capstone Eligibility: paste any list of Student IDs to check — no longer tied to a specific URMS page. • Capstone Eligibility: fixed a credit-calculation bug that could show 0 earned credit for every student, and applied the same fix to Student Advising's credit fields. • Capstone Eligibility: expand any student's row to see their full course history, course titles, and a plain-language explanation of their eligibility result. • Fixed the light/dark theme toggle on all report pages (Capstone Eligibility, Bulk Save, Advising, Time, Catalogue Viewer) — switching themes now works correctly everywhere. Version 0.3.0: • Bulk Save: added an option to automatically email each student's bill right after their registration is saved. • Bulk Save: the pre-run notice is now clearer and less alarming — same information, calmer presentation. • Advising & Bulk Save: step-by-step instructions redesigned for clarity, with a direct link to the URMS Advising Student page. • Cleaned up the interface by removing a redundant icon from each tool's panel, giving you more room to work.
