uBlock Origin Lite

A perfect MV3 replacement. Thanks to the developers of uBlock Origin for their fast switch to manifest version 3 when Google decided they needed a trillion more dollars in ad revenue then lied that it was to "enhance security."

After the Manifest V3 update that ruined so much, seeing an extension like this feels good, since the new update ruined a bunch of adblock extensions, and over all the developers did a pretty good job at making an ublock extension that works with the new requirements and limitations, I use both the light, the normal and the origin ublocks just for an extra boost in what still works with the old extensions, mostly because the elements that I choose to block on the old origin ublock get blocked... I miss Ublock Origin. You used to be able to select what needed to be filtered out manually, but this no longer lets you manually do that, so you're stuck with it. it's a shame that this is the replacement

Basically, for my basic use case, I did not notice any difference from the normal MV2 version (uBlock Origin) with the “Optimal” filter settings turned on. Good job, keep up the good work!

This is @$$. uBlock Origin is 100% better.

Unforutantly unreliable. Ive used ublock origin for years it worked flawlessly but this one break sites often even at "optimal" settings. Doesnt seem to block nasty big javascript trackers that take lot of time to download.

it's very good only missing function to block element option like uBlock Origin version Please add element blocking function

awesome!! this blocks like uBlockOrigin for me so far. the three different block levels are awesome! If a page doesnt work well with higher block settings just lower it to basic. And it seems to be lighter and faster as well. I compared UblockLite MV3 to AdGuard MV3 beta... its ~ 70:30 for Ublock To me this is the best Adblocker ever. Wow!!! thank you so much!! p.s For extra "ELEMENT BLOCKING" i am using additional filterless uBlock Origin just for Elements Blocking which needs alm... Show more
