Tytan Charting

Fills the EMR form you have open with your Tytan Charting notes. You review and save — it never submits for you.

Tytan Charting fills the EMR form you have open using the patient's chart and visit note in your Tytan Charting account. How it works 1. Open the patient's form in your EMR and click the Tytan icon. A panel opens beside the page. 2. Sign in with your Tytan Charting account, choose the patient and the note. 3. Click Scan. Tytan reads the form's field labels, dropdowns, checkboxes and radio buttons, including forms inside frames. 4. Click Match. Your own rules run first, then the chart and note, then AI for the rest. Review every value, edit anything, uncheck what you don't want. 5. Click Fill and watch a Tytan cursor type each value in. Stop at any time. Your rules - Always fill a field with your wording on a site - Never touch a field on a site - Tell the AI how you phrase a field (it still uses only facts from your chart) Manage rules and settings at charting.tytanmedia.com/autofill. You stay in control - Never clicks Save, Submit or Sign, and never fills signature fields - Only fills empty fields unless you choose otherwise - Only reads a page when you click Scan, and only on sites you allow - Signs you out after 15 minutes without activity; supports two-step login Requires a Tytan Charting account (charting.tytanmedia.com).
