Overview
Hide & seek with fonts. See the fonts any website really uses: hover text for details, pin and copy styles, press Esc to close.
Here's a description you can paste straight in: Typeseek shows you the fonts behind any website — hover, see, copy. No signup, no settings, nothing leaves your browser. HOVER TO INSPECT Move your cursor over any text and Typeseek shows the font that actually renders — not just what the CSS asks for. You get the family, fallback stack, size, weight, line height, letter spacing, and color, plus whether it's a web font or a system font. PIN AND COPY Click any text to lock the tooltip in place, then drag it wherever you like. Click any value to copy it, or grab the whole thing as a ready-to-paste CSS snippet with one click. SEE THE WHOLE PAGE The panel lists every font family the page uses, with weights and usage share. Hover a family to highlight everywhere it appears on the page; click to keep it highlighted while you scroll. STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY Typeseek only runs when you click its icon (or press Ctrl+Shift+F / Cmd+Shift+F). The panel tucks into a compact pill while you inspect, everything is draggable, and Esc closes it instantly — no reload needed. Light and dark mode follow your system. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens locally in your browser. Typeseek collects no data, makes no network requests, and needs access only to the tab where you invoke it.
