The photo shows two Gaur (also known as Indian buffalo) standing in a breeding area, with a wooden barn in the background. Both are grazing on dry grass, with a strong and muscular appearance. Notable features: Large, muscular body, characteristic bulging shoulders and back. Large, curved horns, large horn bases, curved upwards, light black to gray, very typical of the Gaur species. Short hair, dark brown to black, especially the forehead is lighter (slightly yellowish brown). The legs are lighter in color than the body, creating the feeling of "wearing white socks". The face shows calmness but full of power.
