Show alt-text on Twitter for screen-readers.

I'm un-listing this now as Twitter (finally) natively supports alt text. Twitter is lacking in accessibility features for screen-readers - this extension appends onto images so that if an alt tag is provided, they can obtain context. Inspired by: @lunarsorcery
