Fix Twitch overlay issue

Sometimes errors occur when determining regional and age restrictions, and this extension was developed to address this issue. For example, poker may be allowed in one region but prohibited in neighboring regions, and inaccurate positioning may also limit viewing. We do not collect or send any information from you. The extension operates locally using Twitch's existing visual functionality. The extension is completely free.
