That bug existed in an earlier version, but we've fixed it in the latest update of the Chrome extension, so the link to the help doc should now work as expected. Alternatively, I am sharing the direct link to the help doc with you here: http://help.twinmind.com/ In a nut shell, you'll need to grant microphone access permissions in your Chrome browser and refresh the page to transcribe audio. The help doc gives screenshots and guides you through the process, so I highly recommend checking it out. Hey, thank you for your feedback regarding the hotkey conflict with TwinMind! You can easily customize the shortcut in your Chrome settings. Just open the link below in a new browser: chrome://extensions/shortcuts This will take you directly to the extension keyboard shortcuts section. There you can change the conflicting shortcut (currently Ctrl+I or Cmd+I) to any other key combination you prefer. This is a temporary workaround, and we're working on a more permanent solution.
