Racing that limit gains you nothing — you would hit the wall in two minutes and wait out the rest anyway — while looking exactly like the automation that gets accounts flagged. TweetXDelete paces itself to stay within X's rate limits, reads the headroom X reports in its own responses,and brakes before hitting a wall.
