Export tweets from X (Twitter) to CSV, Excel, JSON, Markdown or text: tick the tweets you want as you scroll, then click Export. Free, open source and 100% local. No API key, no account, no servers. HOW IT WORKS • A small checkbox appears in every tweet's action bar, next to reply, repost, like, bookmark and share. • Tick the ones you want while you scroll. Shift-click ticks a whole range; "Select visible" ticks everything on screen. • Click Export in the floating panel and choose a format. The file downloads straight to your computer. WORKS EVERYWHERE ON X • Home timeline, profiles, search results, lists and threads • Your Bookmarks and your Likes, so you can keep your saved posts as a spreadsheet or as notes • Your selection survives scrolling and page reloads, and is shared across x.com tabs FIVE FORMATS • CSV: one row per tweet, UTF-8 so Hindi, Urdu, Arabic and emoji display correctly, with protection against spreadsheet formula injection • Excel (.xlsx): a real workbook with a frozen header row, filters, clickable links, real dates and exact IDs • JSON: the full nested data, for developers and archives • Markdown: ready for Obsidian and Notion, with author, linked date, text, quoted post, photos and metrics • Plain text: easy to read or paste into an email WHAT'S IN EVERY ROW Post ID and link, date (UTC), author name and handle (plus user ID in JSON), full text including long posts, language, likes, reposts, replies, quotes, bookmark count, views, photo and video links (best-quality MP4), quoted post and reply-to ID. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reads the data X's own web app already loads in your browser: no developer account, no extra login, no extra requests to X. • No servers, no analytics, no tracking.
