TV Strategy Optimizer
Overview
Automate TradingView strategy parameter optimization and save reports locally.
TV Strategy Optimizer automates the tedious process of manually testing different parameter combinations in TradingView's Strategy Tester. HOW IT WORKS Set up to 5 strategy parameters with a Start, End, and Step value each. The extension then iterates through every combination automatically — adjusting TradingView's Strategy Settings inputs, waiting for the backtest to update, and recording the results. KEY FEATURES • Up to 5 parameters optimized simultaneously • Unlimited parameter input ranges • Tracks Net Profit, Win Rate, Max Drawdown, Profit Factor, Total Trades, and Sharpe Ratio per run • All reports saved locally — no account or internet connection required • Sortable results table with CSV export • Real-time progress bar and stop button • Session memory for your last-used parameter inputs HOW TO USE 1. Open TradingView and load a chart with a Pine Script strategy applied 2. Open the Strategy Settings window (gear icon on the strategy) 3. Click the extension icon, add your parameters (names must match TradingView exactly) 4. Set Start, End, and Step for each parameter 5. Click "Start Optimization" and let it run REPORTS Every completed optimization is saved to your browser's local storage. Open the Reports tab to view, search, sort, and export any past run as a CSV file. NOTE: This extension automates UI interactions on TradingView.com.
