Can't pair in Vivaldi
The pairing popup doesn't appear in Vivaldi, just a blank tab. When I view the source code of the blank tab I can see there's supposed to be a form input and button for the pairing code, but they don't appear on the page.
I've successfully paired in other Chrome based browsers as well as Firefox so I'm familiar with the expected behaviour, it's just not working for Vivaldi.
The result is the same without other extensions.

Popup not showing in Vivaldi Browser
I am unable to sync the bookmarking extension because the popup will not load properly in the Vivaldi browser. I tried to follow the steps listed in the pinned post on the support page, but no such "inspect popup" option appears when I toggle developer mode. Please advise on how I might resolve this issue and utilize the extension. Thank you.
