Turbo Outliner

doesn't work, at least not on offline (local) htmls

Fast and Efficient, but HeadingsMap seems to be more accurate. Some flexible options would be nice.

So, have tried a couple outliner extensions now, but this is the one I'm sticking with. Instantaneous, works great on every site I've tried it on thus far, and is replicable at subsequent visits to the same site. Highly Recommend. Thanks for the great tool!

It's good. It will be better if it can support auto outline when new page or configured page open.

This works great when the webpage uses conventional headers such as H1, H2, H3 etc. In those cases it quickly creates an outline that is easy to navigate.

Worked perfectly! Great for large pages with spotty built-in table of contents. My only complaint is that it isn't available on Firefox.
