so, basically, to use this vpn plugin I need to sign up on their website, but if it is already blocked by gov I can't start using it because of blocked signup... well, you all genius guys!

Super well, Works nicely and TunnelBear VPN is a great tool that I really like. It's straightforward to use, efficient, and visually appealing. I also like that it's easy to set up and offers a lot of options to customize.
