Tubeless hides the parts of YouTube you don't want to see, one toggle at a time. Pick exactly what goes: Shorts, ads and sponsored slots, recommended-game shelves, event banners, community posts, Mixes, live streams, music videos, member-only videos, premieres, comments, the recommendations sidebar, end-screen cards, live chat, the AI summary, merch shelves, survey popups, and more. Each is an independent switch in the toolbar popup, grouped by where it appears (sidebar, top bar, home shelves, content types, watch page). How to use it: click the Tubeless icon in the toolbar, flip the switches you want, and YouTube updates instantly. A single pause switch at the top turns everything off when you want plain YouTube back. The popup follows your system light/dark theme, with a manual override. Privacy: Tubeless collects nothing. It makes no network requests, has no analytics, and never reads your viewing data. The only permission it asks for is storage, used to remember your toggle choices (synced through your own Chrome profile). Ad hiding is cosmetic; video ads that play inside the player are not skipped, and Premium accounts are unaffected.
