TTGet - Video Downloader Helper

Helps ttget.com save public videos you may download, plus a right-click menu and a tool to capture videos playing in a tab.

TTGet Video Downloader Helper works together with ttget.com, a free online video downloader. Some sites block the TTGet server, so this extension lets ttget.com fetch public videos and photos through your own browser instead. What it does • Instagram, Facebook and Reddit: paste a public post link on ttget.com, allow access to that site once, then download the video or photo in its original quality. • Right-click menu: right-click a link, video, image or page and choose "Download with TTGet" to open it on ttget.com in a new tab. • On-page button: on post and video pages of sites you have allowed, a small "Download with TTGet" button does the same. Hide it with × or turn it off in the options. • Capture links (optional): open the popup on any page, turn on "Capture links on this tab" and play the video. The extension lists the media files the page plays (video, audio, HLS, DASH) with their size. Click "Download on TTGet" to send one to ttget.com. • Files are saved by your browser to your Downloads folder. Privacy first • Asks for access to a site only when you first download from it. Access to all sites is requested only if you turn on link capture. • Never reads your cookies or passwords, never tracks your browsing: a page address or link goes to ttget.com only when you click to send it. No analytics, no ads, no remote code. • The capture list stays in your browser and is cleared when the tab changes page or closes. Please note • Download only content you own or have permission to save, and respect each site's terms. • Private posts, DRM-protected videos and YouTube are not supported. • TTGet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Reddit.
