TrustTrace AI is a privacy-first browser security extension that helps users identify suspicious links, phishing attempts, scam pages, fake login redirects, and lookalike domains before they interact with them. The extension provides local trust scoring directly inside the browser. It can show TrustTrace scores on supported search results, display caution banners for suspicious pages, and show a pre-visit warning when a URL appears high risk. Privacy-first design: • Browsing URLs are not sent to a TrustTrace server • Page content is not sent to a TrustTrace server • Clipboard content is only checked when the user manually triggers Clipboard Guardian • Passwords, cookies, tokens, and form values are not collected • Security stats and adaptive trust settings are stored locally in the browser TrustTrace AI is designed to help users pause before trusting suspicious links, while reducing false positives on legitimate websites and official authentication providers.
