Trust-Prompt (StoreBasic) helps reduce the risk of sharing sensitive or personal data with AI chat tools by checking what you type before you send it. What it does Performs a local pre-check of what you type before it is sent to supported AI chat websites. Detects potentially sensitive content (e.g. financial data patterns, IDs, secrets/tokens, and common PII indicators) Shows a warning before sending; you can choose to proceed Blocks sending when high-risk patterns are detected (to prevent accidental leaks) What it does NOT do (StoreBasic) No servers, no backend services No AI models or AI APIs No analytics, telemetry, or tracking No storing of prompts or messages No file access: does not read, scan, or analyze uploads (no OCR) All checks run only on your device.
