Overview
Email tracking that doesn't lie. Real opens (Apple/bot preloads filtered), link clicks, and replies — with no forced signature.
Email tracking that tells the truth. TrueOpens shows you when your emails are really opened, when links are clicked, and when people reply — without the fake opens and forced signatures other trackers rely on. Most email trackers inflate their numbers. Apple Mail Privacy Protection and bots preload your tracking pixel the moment a message is delivered, and cheaper tools count that as "opened." So you chase leads who never actually saw your email. TrueOpens filters those machine preloads out — here, an "open" means a human. Built for outreach and sales, where your real KPI isn't opens — it's replies. WHAT YOU GET • Honest opens — Apple MPP and bot preloads are filtered out, not counted. • Link click tracking — see who's actually interested. • Reply detection — the strongest signal of all, right in your dashboard. • A clean side panel in Gmail: reply rate, a Sent → Opened → Clicked → Replied funnel, and a count of the phantom opens we filtered for you. • Contact pipeline — who to chase (warm but silent) vs who already replied. • Templates with per-template reply rates — see which message actually works. • Activity trends and best send day — send when replies actually come. • Follow-up effectiveness — proof that following up earns replies, and when to stop. NO FORCED SIGNATURE No "Sent with TrueOpens" stamped on every email. Your emails stay yours. HONEST BY DESIGN We'd rather miss one open than invent one. When in doubt, we don't count it. Opens are noisy — clicks and replies are the signals that matter, and we put them front and center. PRIVACY We never see your email content. Subjects, bodies, attachments, and contacts stay in your browser — never on our servers. Our backend stores only anonymous counters (opens, clicks) tied to a random tracking ID, not to you or your recipients. No ads, no data selling. Full policy: https://t.trueopens.com/privacy WORKS WITH GMAIL Install, open Gmail, and send as usual. Tracking is on by default and can be toggled off anytime. Available in English and Russian.
