Most email trackers inflate their numbers. Apple Mail Privacy Protection and bots preload your tracking pixel the moment a message is delivered, and cheaper tools count that as "opened." So you chase leads who never actually saw your email. TrueOpens filters those machine preloads out — here, an "open" means a human.
