Tron eyes is an eye-strain timer built around the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes of screen time, look at something 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds. It runs quietly in the background, reminds you when it's time to rest, and walks you through a short eye exercise while you do. Wrapped in a neon blue and white grid interface inspired by classic light-cycle sci-fi aesthetics. ── WHAT IT DOES ── 20-20-20 TIMER Work and break intervals are fully adjustable (5–60 minutes of focus, 10–120 seconds of rest). The countdown survives browser restarts and idle periods, so you never lose your place. FULL-SCREEN BREAK OVERLAY When a break starts, a neon countdown overlay appears on the page you're currently reading — no tab switching, no missed reminders. Skip or snooze it with one click. If the overlay can't be shown on a page, a desktop notification takes over. GUIDED EYE EXERCISES Six step-by-step routines rotate automatically across your breaks: - Palming — warm your palms and rest your eyes in darkness - Figure Eight — trace a sideways 8 to loosen eye muscles - Near-Far Focus — alternate between a close and distant object - Blink Training — restore your natural blink rate after screen work - Eye Rolls — slow circular movement in both directions - Zigzag Scan — sweep across your field of view to reset focus SMART PAUSING The timer detects when you step away from the keyboard and pauses itself, then resumes when you're back. Break reminders only arrive when you're actually at the screen. NOTIFICATIONS & SOUND Optional desktop notifications with Start break and Snooze buttons, plus a soft generated chime. Both can be switched off independently. PROGRESS TRACKING See how many breaks you completed today, your total rest time, and your daily streak. Everything is calculated on your device.
