Trippi Notes is an AI note taker for meetings in your browser. It writes the meeting minutes for you: a live transcript with the name of each speaker, a meeting summary with decisions and action items, and an AI assistant that knows all your calls. No bot joins the meeting and nobody else sees a new participant. Open a call in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams in a browser tab and click the Trippi Notes icon. A panel opens at the side of the tab and the transcript starts within a couple of seconds. You need a Trippi account: sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. DURING THE CALL - Live transcript with speaker names and the time of every line. - Your own voice in the transcript too. Allow the microphone once and your words are written next to everyone else's. You can switch this off in the settings. - Translation under every line when you turn it on, so a meeting in another language reads in yours. The language of the call is recognised on its own. - A place for your own notes, saved with the meeting. - Ask AI: ask what was decided or who took which task, and get an answer with quotes from the transcript. Click a quote to jump to that moment. AFTER THE CALL - Meeting summary: decisions, topics and open questions. On a paid plan the summary is ready by itself when the call ends. - The transcript can come to your email after every call. - Action items with an owner, a status and a due date, and one task board for all your meetings. - Send tasks to your task tracker, or add them to your calendar. - Summary templates for a sales call, a job interview, a daily stand-up, a one-on-one, a retrospective and a customer interview, with your own request on top (paid plans). - A follow-up email drafted from the summary. Copy it to your mail app, or on a paid plan send it to the attendees from Trippi. - Export to Markdown or TXT, and a read-only link to share a meeting. ALL YOUR MEETINGS IN ONE PLACE - A web journal with every meeting and search by words, names and decisions. - AI chat across all your meetings: ask what a client said last month or which tasks are still open. - Connect your meetings to your own AI assistant through MCP, so it can read your transcripts and tasks. MEETING MINUTES IN YOUR LANGUAGE The transcript, the summary and the action items come in the language you read, even when the call was held in a language you do not speak. Trippi Notes works with 60+ languages and switches between them mid-call. Add names and product terms to the glossary and they will be spelled your way. WHERE IT WORKS - Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams in the browser. - Other video calls that run in a browser tab. - Browser calls only: the extension hears a browser tab, not a desktop app. YOUR DATA - Nothing is recorded: the audio is recognised while the call runs and is not stored. - The transcript, the summary and your notes are kept in your meeting archive on our server. This is what makes the web journal, links to a meeting and search from any device work. The archive is on by default. - You choose how long meetings are kept, can turn the archive off and can delete one meeting or all of them at any time. - The meeting tab is heard only in the tab where you pressed Start. Your microphone is used only after you allow it and only while notes are running. - On a team plan, teammates see a meeting only when it is opened to the team: shared with them, added to a team space, or opened to the whole team by the team owner. A meeting marked private is seen by no one but you. - Anonymous usage stats can be switched off in the settings. PLANS The paid plans Lite, Pro and Power differ in how many hours of transcription you get each month. Any paid plan removes the monthly limits on summaries and questions to the AI and adds the automatic summary, summary templates with your own request and sending follow-ups from Trippi. Team plans add a shared workspace with team spaces and comments. The meeting archive, the web journal and links to meetings come with every account.
