Triagio AI lets you handle client emails as tickets without leaving Gmail. Connect your Gmail account and the extension watches for incoming messages, automatically creating tickets on an internal board with statuses (Not Started, In Progress, Finished). You can map sender emails to client directories, view a ticket detail page with the original email text, optional AI‑generated summaries and an activity log showing actions like auto‑reply successes or failures. A refresh button pulls the latest emails and provides completion summaries. In settings you can enable automatic replies, check the watched mailbox status or change the backend URL. Triagio AI offers subscription billing via Stripe with free trial support and the ability to subscribe, manage billing or cancel from within the extension. Tickets and settings are stored locally in your browser, while the backend stores only account and billing identifiers. The extension accesses Gmail only to read messages and optionally send replies, and you can delete your account at any time.
