Your inbox is a queue, not a feed. Clear Gmail without living in Gmail — triage from a focused Chrome popup, then sweep the pile with an exact count before anything moves. Most Gmail extensions show you what arrived. TriageBox does the work: score it (optional AI), summarise it (optional AI), and clear it by the group — with confirmation and undo. Core triage needs **no API key**. TriageBox has **no developer server**; working data stays in your browser. ### WHAT IT DOES • Toolbar badge with your unread count, and a popup that ACTS: archive, snooze, label, mark read/unread, report spam, delete — one click, without opening Gmail • Triage workbench: every unread message scored 0–100 so the inbox sorts itself, then cleared one keystroke at a time beside a reading pane • Bulk sweep: one scan groups your mail by sender, domain, category or age with sizes and counts, then archives, files or deletes a whole group at a time • Unsubscribe per exact sender — so a company's statements survive while its marketing stops • Spam review: read the whole spam folder at once, rescue what was caught by mistake, empty the rest in one confirmed step • Calendar agenda beside your mail, and an event created from an email in one click • Todo list and a waiting-for-reply tracker, so what you sent does not fall out of view • Optional news briefing: your RSS folders become a dozen rated stories instead of a hundred emails • Phishing / scam checks you can run without an AI key — AI summaries stay optional ### NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL YOU CONFIRM • Every bulk action re-counts live and shows the exact figure first — "412 to archive, 23 starred kept" • Delete is red, behind a second confirmation, and past 200 threads asks you to type the word • Undo records for what ran; archived mail stays in All Mail; deleted mail sits in Gmail's Trash for 30 days • Starred and Gmail-important mail can be excluded per action, or by a standing switch • Counts are what Gmail confirmed it changed, never what was requested; estimates say so ### HOW AI WORKS (BRING YOUR OWN KEY) AI is optional. The badge, popup actions, sweeps, unsubscribe, and scam checks work with no key. For summaries and relevance scores, add a Gemini API key from Google AI Studio (free allowance on your own Google project, or a paid plan). Prefer xAI? Add a Grok key instead, or as a fallback. Requests go from your browser straight to the provider you configured. TriageBox has no server, does not proxy your mail, and never bills you for AI.
