As usual, the latest update has made this even less functional than the limping cripple it already was.

Works great when it is loaded. I keep on getting message to load software. It will not load

Getting worst and worst. I cannot even send emails via google since it blocks me with the statement of "block to send personal info", when I am not even doing so. Then when I tried to temporary unblock, there is a timer and it doesnt even allow me to type my password. I am seriously thinking to change the antivirus. Help support did not help me neither with this issue and asked to re-install Chrome, which I did but I did not fix it neither. Really disappointing the service.

The product has been very difficult to use lately, they have made it so secure I can't even break in, log in to my own account. Now when I tried to renew the product figuring I would get a fresh start, I have to call someone to do that. I am going to remove this from my computer and find a new security package. If I can't identify something new, I'll go back to McAfee or Norton?

WHAT is the point of having a TREND micro checker when all it does is takes you to a page to REMOVE FROM CHROME and NOTHING ELSE??? Why not have a FIX IT button to FIX SOMETHING? Useless

Hi say Problem as everyone else click and nothing happens fustrating

pop up say "Click Add to Chrome" but there's no where to click on it. So I don't know if it works or not.
