To many pop ups . Just need something to run in the background that needs no attention.

keeps asking me to add something that's already there. Very confusing.

I am really confused with this message & would appreciate someone guiding me in what exactly I need to do as I believe what you are suggesting is already installed. It would be appreciated if your IT crew helps with enhancing our protection, we entrusted to Trend Micro Security Software which was installed to protect our devices.

Have to wonder if it works.Keeps telling me to add it to set up protection even though it is installed. Since it doesn't know if it's working or not don't think you should trust it.

I added this to chrome and I am not sure what else is needed. Do you have a support team that can assist your clients one on one to make sure what these notices are saying are necessary?

Getting rather piffed off with a blocked pop up that I can't remove, and then this pops up whilst reading an email that my laptop is not secure?? Really, . Add to Chrome, it already is added to Chrome. Get busy help desk/IT and get it sorted out

Can debug message remove from extension console. Every time when I browse a new page, lots Trend Micro debug messages on Console tab
