the more I learn about cyber security, the less I trust anything, anywhere. I don't really have a rating to give because I cant tell if Chrome, Trend (all products), my PC, myself or all of the above are F0^!3d up. Praise Jesus.

same issue... bloody annoying and potentially a hole in my protection. Seems to have an issue whenever the browser updates... i.e. nearly weekly.

I am here like everyone else...same issue with the Google extension not being recognized by the software. It has been this way for the last two years. I would think that the developers would have had this fixed by now. It is very annoying to uninstall and reinstall something that you already have. It is becoming a waste of time and bothersome and is increasingly becoming a con in renewing the software. Please fix it with the next update.

I didn't want to leave a bad review but I'm here with everyone else complaining about the extensions and request o intall what is already installed. In addition, it is slow as a turtle and prevents me from opening attachments. Please, Please fix. I have had Trend for many years and have loved it minus the scans at times you asked it not to scan. It is so time consuming. Fix the issue. Thank you so much

Same complaint as everyone else. I do have the Extension on Chrome toolbar. Why does it continually say you need to get it? Developers, please fix this issue.

Continually prompting to be installed when it's already installed. I wouldn't complain, except that (based on reviews) it's been a problem for SO long it makes me wonder if Trend is reading the reviews and doing anything about it. Software from an unresponsive cyber security company without a focus on quality is the LAST thing you want protecting your PC. I also find it doesn't block sites that are clearly on the block list in the desktop app - so something is awry with the browser extension.
