Please add support for blocking dangerous websites in the direct extension. This function only works if you have the antivirus on Windows but if you use a Chromebook and you only have the extension it does not work. It only works for when you search for something on Google and you can see if it appears red or not, but if you open the link from an email other than Gmail, Hotmail, etc. or from anywhere else it will not protect you, because if it will open the scam link without problem. The extension has worked great in the past, but has stopped functioning recently after updates. It gives an error message whenever Chrome restarts and have to reenable it from the webstore. Would like to see it fixed.

Too confusing. Trend Micro needs to explain to their customers what this does and how it downloads to a Chromebook because from the other reviews, it acts differently vs a regular pc. Is it supposed to show up somewhere as an app? Or is it only behind the scenes as I go online? Most of us like to know what an app does when we install it, but this one seems to disappear upon installation. Why?
