Open Trello board and card links in the Trello desktop app

Trello Link Opener is an extension that runs in the background to automatically redirect Trello links to boards and cards to the native desktop app. For example, the URL "https://trello.com/c/some-card-id" will redirect to "trello://trello.com/c/some-card-id", which uses Trello's custom URI scheme to open the card URL. Requires the desktop version of Trello to be installed.
