TransSail helps you read messages in different languages on WhatsApp Web and translate your reply drafts into your customers' languages, making it easier to communicate with customers in sales and support. Translation features require a TransSail account and a valid free trial or paid browser extension membership. Key Features - Translate visible messages in the current chat into your preferred language. - Translate reply drafts before sending, allowing you to review and edit them. - Save preferred translation languages for individual contacts. - Create, categorize, and search local quick replies. Select a quick reply to insert it into your draft, then review and send it yourself. - Customize translation text colors and font sizes. You can select your preferred translation service in Settings. Some services require you to configure your own API credentials and may charge additional fees. Service availability and usage limits are determined by the respective providers. Eligible users may receive a limited free trial. After the trial ends, a paid membership is required to continue using translation features. Plan prices, subscription periods, and device limits are displayed in the Membership Center and before payment. Third-party translation fees are not included in the membership fee. Google is not the seller of this service. When translation is enabled, text requiring translation is sent to the selected translation service. Translation caches and quick replies are stored locally on your device. Cached translations do not expire automatically based on time, but storage capacity limits apply. Non-sensitive preferences may be synced through Chrome Sync. TransSail processes account, device, and security information for authorization management and to prevent repeated claims of free trials. Your explicit consent is required before account-related processing and translation requests begin. Privacy settings allow you to clear cached data and withdraw your consent.
