I. Product Introduction 1.1. TransMeow is a local webpage translation extension powered by Chrome's built-in Translator API. 1.2. Translate entire webpages quickly without creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or configuring an API key. TransMeow supports translation-only and bilingual display modes. II. Product Features 2.1. Free and unlimited: No subscription is required, and there are no charges or limits based on translation volume or character count. You can translate webpage content for free without usage limits. 2.2. Extremely fast translation: Webpage content is translated directly on your device without waiting for a cloud server, making translation faster and more reliable. 2.3. Layout preservation: TransMeow automatically adapts to webpage structures and preserves original headings, paragraphs, links, buttons, emphasized text, inline code, tables, layouts, and interactions wherever possible. 2.4. Privacy and security: Webpage content is processed only on the user's device and is never sent to TransMeow servers or third-party translation services. III. Requirements 3.1. Desktop Chrome 138 or later is required. 3.2. When a language pair is used for the first time, Chrome may need to download the corresponding on-device language pack.
