Translate any web page without breaking it. Regular page translators translate everything, including code, commands, file names and links. This extension reads the page first and leaves untouched what should stay as it is: code blocks, inline commands, identifiers, paths, URLs and proper names. The rest reads naturally in your language. How it translates • Chrome's built-in translator: on your device, free, no account or key. This is the default. • Google Gemini with a free API key from Google AI Studio, for higher quality on technical pages. • Both together: the built-in translator does the work and Gemini fixes only the sentences it gets wrong. • Other AI services with your own key, or models running on your own computer (Ollama or LM Studio, installed separately). Features • Translate the page with one click, Alt+T or the right-click menu, and switch back to the original instantly. • Translate a selection: a small card shows the translation, with copy, listen and edit. For a single word, it shows its meanings. • Translate what you are writing in a text field and replace it in place. • Bilingual mode: the translation appears under each paragraph. • Your own glossary: terms that must always be translated a certain way, or never. • Always translate chosen sites automatically. • Interface in 10 languages, light and dark theme. Privacy There is no server of ours. With the built-in translator, your text never leaves your computer. With an AI service, the text goes directly from your browser to the service you chose, using your own key. Nothing is collected or sold.
