Transit Overlay for Home Search

Adds a Transit option to the map menu on Zillow search pages, showing public transit lines and stations.

See public transit while you house hunt. This extension adds a Transit option (Off / On) to the Map menu on Zillow search pages. Turn it on to show subway, light rail and commuter rail lines and stations on the map, using Google's public transit layer. Works with Satellite, Street view, Climate Risks and Schools Remembers your choice No account, no settings, no tracking How to use: open a Zillow search, click "Map" at the bottom of the map, and choose Transit → On. Coverage depends on Google's transit data and is best in larger cities. Why "Access your data for www.zillow.com"? Firefox shows that wording for any extension that changes a website. This extension only adds the Transit option to the map menu and turns on the transit layer. It does not read your Zillow account, saved homes, searches or messages, and it makes no network requests of its own. You can check this in the source code below. Privacy: collects no data.
