Transcript Saver
Overview
Save the full transcript of any meeting recording you can watch. One click, plain text, no endless scrolling or copy-pasting.
Transcript Saver adds a small toolbar to meeting recordings opened in the Microsoft Stream / SharePoint player and saves the full transcript in one click. The transcript panel in the player only renders the lines currently on screen, so selecting and copying it gives you just the beginning and the end. Transcript Saver scrolls through the panel for you, collects every entry and saves it as a clean file. FEATURES • TXT: grouped by speaker, with timestamps • Word (.docx): a formatted document with speaker names and times • SRT: a subtitle file, one cue per entry • Copy: puts the clean text on your clipboard • Keeps repeated short replies ("Yes", "OK") that manual copying loses • English and Turkish interface HOW TO USE 1. Open a meeting recording and show the transcript panel. 2. Click TXT, Word or SRT in the toolbar at the bottom right. PRIVACY Everything happens inside your browser. Transcript Saver has no servers, no analytics and no account, and sends nothing anywhere. It reads only the transcript panel of the recording page you have open, and only when you click a button. Transcript Saver is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft.
