TranscribeLab: meetings, YouTube and audio to text
Overview
Record any tab (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams in the browser) or a YouTube video and get the text with speakers and a summary.
TranscribeLab turns what you hear in your browser into text you can use. Works in Google Chrome. Record a meeting in a browser tab (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex in the browser, a webinar, or any page with sound) and get the full text split by speaker, with time stamps, a short summary with key points and action items (who does what, by when), and a box to ask questions about it. No bot joins your call: only the tab you choose is recorded, and your own voice is added when you switch "My microphone" on. On YouTube, open a video that has captions and press Transcribe: a summary, the full text with clickable time stamps and answers to your questions appear right next to the video. Nothing is sent before you press Transcribe. On transcribelab.pro you can also upload an audio or video file and get the same result. What you get • Speech in 60 languages, found automatically (or choose the language yourself) • Speakers kept apart, and you can give them their real names • A summary with key points and action items, each linked to the moment it was said • An Action plan on transcribelab.pro: the tasks said in the meeting, who does what and by when, with export to your calendar • Answers to your questions, taken from the text of your recording • A ready message to tell people you are recording, one click to copy • One account for the add-on and transcribelab.pro: your library with the full history, search across every transcript, export and share links • The add-on and the website in 11 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic and Lithuanian Your data • The sound is deleted as soon as the text is ready. You can delete any transcript, or your whole account, at any time. • We never sell your data, we show no ads, and your recordings are not used to train AI. • Of a recorded tab we keep only the site name (for example meet.google.com), never the full address. • Before you sign in or start your first recording, you read and agree to the Terms (fair use: no bots or scripts) and the Privacy Policy. Free and Pro • Free: 5 transcripts per UTC calendar month (tab recordings and uploaded files together, up to 30 minutes each; the first without an account, then sign in with your e-mail), 3 YouTube videos a day and 3 questions per transcript. • Pro: 20 hours of meetings and files a month, recordings up to 5 hours, and 30 YouTube videos a day that do not use those hours. Monthly, or yearly with a 3-day free trial. Payment happens on transcribelab.pro, never inside the add-on. Recording other people: in some countries and US states everyone must agree before a call is recorded. TranscribeLab reminds you before your first recording and gives you a notice to paste into the meeting chat. Made by MB Makery. Questions: support@developers911.com
