Overview

Instantly track the total time of your Google Calendar events across any time range.

Instantly calculate and analyze the time spent on your Google Calendar events ⏱️ TrakkyTime is a lightweight Chrome extension that helps you clearly understand how your time is distributed across events in Google Calendar. By selecting an event title, you can instantly calculate the total duration of all matching events over a chosen period — today, the next 7 days, this month, this year, or a custom date range. The calculation works with both single and recurring events and displays a clear summary including total hours, number of occurrences, and a detailed breakdown by day, week, or month. TrakkyTime integrates directly into Google Calendar through a dedicated side panel 📅. This panel also includes a persistent Time by Category visualization: a donut chart that shows how your time is distributed across all events in the selected period (Today, Tomorrow, or Next 7 days), independently from any name-based search. To make analysis faster, the extension provides live, accent-insensitive autocomplete for event names, and supports multiple calendars. A popup mode is also available for quick checks and for calculating time across custom date intervals without opening the side panel. The interface is clean, minimal, and designed to stay discreet while delivering precise information. TrakkyTime automatically adapts to Google Calendar’s light and dark modes 🌗 and never modifies your calendar data. All calculations are performed locally in your browser using read-only access to Google Calendar. ✨ Key features - Calculate total hours for events sharing the same title - Works with single and recurring events - Time analysis by day, week, month, year, or custom range - Integrated side panel inside Google Calendar - Time by Category donut chart with dynamic insights - Live autocomplete and multi-calendar support - Optional popup for quick access 🔒 Privacy first TrakkyTime is strictly read-only. It never creates, edits, or deletes calendar events, and no data is sent to external servers. Made with ❤️ by DemtiliWorks.
