Overview

Instantly track the total time of your Google Calendar events across any time range.

Instantly track and analyze the time spent on your Google Calendar events ⏱️ TrakkyTime is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to help you understand and manage your time directly within Google Calendar. You can track your time in real-time using a built-in timer, or calculate how much time you spend on specific events over a selected period. By entering an event name, TrakkyTime calculates the total duration of all matching events (including recurring events) across a chosen period such as today, the next 7 days, or a custom date range. Results are presented in a clear and structured format, including total hours, number of events, and detailed breakdowns. The extension integrates into Google Calendar through a dedicated side panel. It provides a Time Breakdown view with a visual chart to help you quickly understand how your time is distributed. TrakkyTime supports multiple calendars. You can select an active calendar, and all calculations, reports, and insights will be based on that selection. You can also choose whether to include or exclude task-type items from your calculations. A popup mode is available for quick access, allowing you to start a timer or run calculations without opening the side panel. The interface is minimal and designed to stay unobtrusive while providing useful insights. It automatically adapts to light and dark modes. - The extension does not modify or delete your existing calendar events - When using the timer, a new event will be created in your calendar to log the tracked time - All calculations are performed locally in your browser - No personal data is sent to external servers ✨ Key features - Real-time timer to track activities - Export analysis in PDF and Excel formats - Calculate total hours for events with the same title - Supports single and recurring events - Time analysis by day, week, or custom range - Time Breakdown with visual chart - Multi-calendar support with active calendar selection - Side panel integration and popup access 🔒 Privacy and data usage TrakkyTime uses your Google Calendar data only to display calculations and insights within the extension.
