Monitor protected YouTube playlists and confirm repairs from Chrome. Requires an active TrackRescue plan. TrackRescue brings YouTube playlist monitoring and controlled repair into Chrome's side panel. Open TrackRescue beside the YouTube playlist in your active tab to check its protection status, run an on-demand scan, review unavailable entries, compare replacement evidence, and confirm the exact repair without repeatedly switching back to the dashboard. KEY FEATURES • Detect the YouTube playlist open in the active tab. • Check whether that playlist is protected by TrackRescue. • Add an owned playlist to your protected selection. • Run an on-demand playlist scan. • Review unavailable entries and ranked replacement candidates. • Evaluate the current YouTube video as a possible replacement. • Confirm a replacement before TrackRescue changes the playlist. • Ignore an entry without changing YouTube. • See the current pending repair count. • Receive a Chrome notification when the pending repair count increases. PRIVACY AND CONTROL The extension reads the active tab URL only while its side panel is open and only to identify a supported YouTube playlist or video. It does not inject content scripts, scrape YouTube pages, monitor unrelated tabs, download media, or store Google or YouTube OAuth credentials. TrackRescue uses a separate revocable extension session. Connected browsers can be reviewed and revoked from TrackRescue Settings. REQUIREMENTS • Google Chrome 114 or newer. • A TrackRescue account with an active plan. • A connected YouTube account. • At least one protected playlist for scanning and repair features. • Permission to edit the playlist when confirming a repair. Plans are purchased directly from TrackRescue. Google and the Chrome Web Store do not process TrackRescue subscriptions.
