Self-hosted Kanban boards for Basecamp. Replacement for Tracked for Basecamp.

Tracked Clixsy adds fast, modern Kanban boards directly inside Basecamp, as a self-hosted replacement for the discontinued "Tracked for Basecamp." Features: - Drag-and-drop your Basecamp to-dos across columns — placement is saved to your own backend, so moves always stick. - Reorder cards within a column, not just between columns. - Rich cards: assignees, due dates (with overdue/soon highlights), labels, estimates, and comment counts. - Powerful search across title, client, people, and labels, with scope toggles and a live match count. - Searchable dropdowns for whose board you're viewing, clients, and filters. - WIP limits, column hide/reorder, density, and dark mode. - Live updates across teammates, presence indicators, and an audit log of moves. - Insights panel (loaded on demand): per-person throughput and cycle time, response time, client health, and flow bottlenecks. Tracked Clixsy talks only to a backend that you operate. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Note: This extension requires a Tracked Clixsy backend server. After installing, open the extension options and set your backend URL. v0.1.2 — Analytics & reporting update • Company-wide Reports — the same numbers for everyone, with a "View as" picker to drill into any teammate's assigned work. • New Capacity view — see who's overloaded vs. who has room, from ticket count + story-point estimates, to balance the workload. • New Estimates view — story-point estimate vs. actual time spent, with per-person accuracy and biggest misses. • Estimate a card in story points, with a guide to what each point value means; each card shows whether its estimate was on target. • Per-person filters and clickable to-do links throughout Insights. • Hover ⓘ tooltips explaining every metric. • "Review/QA = done" toggle to count QA-stage work as complete in all metrics. • One-click "Export for AI" — download all reports + insights as a structured briefing to hand to an AI assistant. • Faster board: card lists load on scroll and drag is smoother on large columns. ## "What's new" (paste into the listing — short) v0.1.7 — Board & live-sync update • Boards now sync directly from Basecamp — new or reassigned to-dos appear automatically, and a task completed in Basecamp moves itself to your Done column. • Open a to-do in a modal right over the board (instead of a new tab), with Basecamp's nav/sidebar stripped so you just see the task. • Keep Basecamp's sidebar visible and clickable beside the board; the board stays full-width when the sidebar is closed. • The board no longer closes itself while the Basecamp home page refreshes its activity feed. • Press Shift+Space on any Basecamp page to open/close the Kanban board. • Removed the old "Sync from Tracked" button (boards stay current on their own). v0.2.0 - bug fixes • Fix: the sync now resolves each task's current shared status (newest Kanban move wins, else an existing open placement) and places a newly-arriving card in the matching column on that person's board — by role, then by name — falling back to intake only for genuinely new work. Verified live: that to-do now resolves to done|Completed, so any board receiving it late lands it in Completed, not intake. This closes the last gap in "one shared status per task." New To-dos sorted newest-first The intake column now leads with the most recently added cards by default. Picking an explicit Sort: (Priority/Due/Name) still overrides it, and other columns keep manual order. Backed by each card's Basecamp creation date (95% coverage on intake), falling back to when we first saw the card so nothing sorts arbitrarily. "Added in the last N hours" filter New dropdown in the filter bar: Added: any time / last 24h / 48h / 72h / 96h. It filters every column by creation date, counts toward the "N matches" indicator, and is reset by Clear filters. To pick it up The sync + shared-status fix is backend, already live. The sort + filter need the new build: chrome://extensions → ↻ reload → reload the Basecamp tab (now v0.2.0; tracked-clixsy-v0.2.0.zip is on your Desktop for the store).
