Track AI ROI Recorder documents a business workflow by watching it happen once. A person presses Record on the Track AI ROI platform, does the work in the systems they normally use, presses Stop, and reviews the steps the platform drafts: the step names, the order, the tool each step runs in, and how long each took. They correct what is wrong and add the workflow to the platform. What the recorder notes while it runs: - the pages used: their title, site and path (never the part of an address after a question mark) - the buttons and links used, by their labels - the labels of the fields filled in, and the time of each action - the step marks and notes the person adds in the recorder's own control What it never records: - what is typed into a field, not even how long it was - any field that looks like a password, card, account, identity or tax number - screenshots, page content, or anything on pages visited while it is not running While it runs, a panel at the side of the browser window lists each page and click as it is recorded, with the same controls (New step, Note, Pause, Stop), and a small control sits at the corner of every page. Recording starts only when the person presses Record from their own account on the platform, shows on every page while it runs, and stops when the person presses Stop or after four hours. Nobody can start it for someone else, and nobody else can see a recording before the person adds it as a workflow. The recorded events are deleted when the recording is added or discarded, and after seven days if left untouched. The recorder works only with a Track AI ROI workspace. It does nothing on its own and sends nothing anywhere except to the platform address that started the recording.
